By accessing and using EazeEditor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. License Grant
EazeEditor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Editor according to our specific license type applied to your purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Editor to harm, threaten, or harass another person, organization, or EazeEditor. Additionally, you will not abuse our AI API models with automated workflows outside normal editor operation.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EazeEditor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Editor.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate access to EazeEditor APIs for any reason without notice at any time.
